tonight it was chipotle fajitas with candied onions and peppers and veggie chicken substitute.

good, but i made them way too hot (for me anyway)!

had me a big ol porkchop with rice and beans tonight. oh that was heaven.

i'm thinking for tomorrow, making some cod fish with tomatoe sauce, seasonings and onions. then placed that over boiled roots and green bananas. thats a classic puertorican meal right there!!!

I had wendy's tonite. not the healthiest but we were tired and wanted food. we went to see the kwik-e-mart in IL today so yeah, after that, we needed real food.
