there is some kind of a film on the door panels dash and most of the black pieces, maybe a finishing spray, you will find that a damp cloth will make those scratches vanish, they aren't really scratches or scuffs
 as far as the silver paint on the center console piece one option would be a light sanding and spray it whatever color you like, a little clear coat on top of that and you will have a very durable console the matte silver paint is pretty weak but I haven't a single scratch in mine
