I saw these for the first time on a Lotus Elise yesterday going to work.
The guy that was driving looked (and drove) like an absolute knob.

no clue what a knob is...i wanted to hang something off my bumper. i want the Dampachi plush, but that thing's a foot tall. i don't want to be dragging the poor mascot. lol...
