Yup. Exactly the same thing happened to me, and to other yarisworld members as well. I was sure the fan motor was dying! I took the glove box out to inspect and found a gas receipt had been sucked into the fan. Simply removed it and all was immediately back to normal.
Moral of the story: Don't leave anything loose in the glove box; the design is such that it may get sucked into the fan. |
