That too is a great suggestion. And, it's the first thing I did for several reasons. But, even with a filter installed, something could get sucked out of the glove box, and then restrict air flow and perhaps cause the fan motor to overheat.

HAHAHA, the same thing happened to me. I had a couple of the wristbands that you get when you go to the hospital in the glove box and they ended up in my fan.
