I saw one DYI; roughly one-third of the flow area was cut off by the cardboard of the cut-up filter, which was based on a 3M home furnace filter. Those filter elements are too restrictive for the Yaris's small fan.

I'm not interested in anything like that.

The Bosch cabin air filter for the Yaris (PN P3502) is $19.99 in my zip code area, per their website. I'll order two of those tomorrow.
