You might want to go back underneath and make sure your filter is on tight and your plug. Also I would go ahead and add the rest of that 4th qt. of oil.

no to the 4th quart ...
the car will be at the FULL mark with only 3 and 1/2 quarts . Just did oil change yesterday and is at FULL . This has been the case since we've ownd both YARIS and a '07 PRIUS .
