lol noogie, its not painful.. at least its not meant to be.. its more restrictive, yes.. but also helps with posture(mine is terrible!) and a whole lot more.. this one is steel boned, so its more apt to holding me in than say one from fredericks that is plastic boned.
the only reason i need help is cuz when i did it on my own, i couldnt get the top part tight enough.. thats like putting ur bra on without putting it on backwards to clasp it! my arms just dont bend that way! lol
