It would be kinda ghetto, but you could use some big zip ties to attach the posts of the headrests to the crossbar, if you are worried about the seatback flapping forward...

Thanks Man , the rear seat stays in place , just doesn't lock into place . Doesn't bother me , there is still a back seat if needed and it still feel like normal when sitting it , even though its foward about an inch or two . Its been dumping rain for the last 2 days so I haven't been able to finish the install/ take better pictures .
