What oil should the dealer be using in the cars?

He will probably be using a known brand of non synthetic oil that is pumped out of 50 gallon drum,probably a Castrol product.
You could ask him to put in Synthetic,in which case he will use a known brand from quart containers probably Mobil1 He will probably be using a 5w-20 or 30 weight oil. |
