I don't get it, whats the difference between a 25mm, and a 38mm with a 10mm spacer?

Thats only a 3mm difference.

Thats only a 3mm difference.
3mm is alot when we're talking wheels and tires.

a 48mm might fit but i doubt a 51mm would.

even a 45mm to a 48mm.

it isn't alot when you're in the appropriate range but once you're on the outside edge or inside edge of the range 3mm can mean the difference between rubbing and fitting perfect.
