The person who installed mine is called Nino and he works for Service and Parts Me Elecronics Eng. and can be contacted on 0418 343 246. As for cost i'm not sure as I did not buy it individually, i bought it in a package with tint and other stuff. Hope that's a big help. Let me know how you go.

Bringing back an old thread. The parking sensors don't come as an option, but can i go to the Toyota dealership and have them installed?
