I was his most vocal opponent when he first came here. Ask him! However, you do a lot of growing up between 20 and 23 and the older I get the more I see a need for people like him. I think its fascinating to totally disconnect from all of the things that really make America America, as sad as it is. Its really cool, man. One day it'll be awesome to be like him, but until then he's a lone warrior... while we run around humping money and "things." I say respect it.

I respect everyone. But he attacked me when I said that having higher PSI=less contact patch, and what happens if a deer runs out?

As for deer, yes, I run into them on the roads here, too. Also coyotes, quail, rabbits and the occasional black bear. I have never had difficulty avoiding them.

All,

There simply is no room in fuel economy discussions for alarmism or "doomism". Please stop with the venom and rhetoric or I will have this thread locked.
But I didn't attack back. Just said that when I hit my deer, I was paying attention. And they call them "accidents" for a reason.

I just avoid his posts now, so he doesn't have to threaten to get them closed for someone making a valid point.

But cool interview, Charles.
