^ yea that's true too. i was planning on doing a 205 so that's why its important that I run a +45mm offset. Are there any wheels with a +48mm offset? That's closer to stock.. stock is +52mm IIRC. Seems like the higher of the offset the better, for almost any car. I know with my Mazda3 I ran a +50mm offset to fit 225/40R18's. On my lexus, if i run +50 i can get 245's in the front, and with a +53mm in the rear I can run 275's.
I dont understand why aftermarket wheels always have such low offsets? These wheels are for my girlfriends car, so in the end the style decision is up to her. I like the Gram Lights, but I think she wants Rota SubZero's in a Full Royal Polished finish. (i'll at least get full royal gunmetal, so its not super bright bling bling) |
