Your neighbour's lift-kit likely isn't legal.

Search other towing threads. I've voiced myself enough elsewhere. Buy a trailer if you really want one, and rent a truck the two or three times a year you might actually pull it.

might be illegal for his lift kit but he still on the road after 5 years or burning rubber
