is there any way to find out what the offset is on these wheels? does it rub? any idea on the weight?

I'm rollin those same rims right now , they are racinghart gt5's , 18" +43 offset , about 18lbs+ per rim(no tire ) , I'm on df210 and only rub the fender liner on hard dips , no issues with fender rubbing though .
