3rd Gear grind

75w-90 Mobil 1 synthetic If i remember right. It's a grind for sure, doesn't happen all the time. It definitely happens at high rpm all the time. Shift from 1st to 2nd is fine, sfifting 2nd to 3rd, pressing clutch all the way still grinds. I can't shift from 2nd to 3rd in one smooth motion at high rpm without a grind. Actually have to wait for a second or so.

get rid of that mobil1

that's a synchro destroyer (ask me how i know)

omg, I see that now. I have the same problem after putting in a Mobil1 75W-90 gear oil. It started to grinding and very difficult shifting.
