This code is VERY common on modded cars with OBD2 equipped systems.
Most people don't worry, as it generally means catalyc inefficiency. Hope that's all it means for you. I'd ignore it and keep on driving, and have been on many of my track cars.

a couple other people asked me if i have modified or done anything. just a simple yaris here with the most PATHETIC cup holders i have ever seen. so yeah...i had to get that. feels better already.
