I haven't used Turtle Wax F21 yet. Does it leave a glossy finish or flat? How about using it on tire sidewalls?

On plastics it is kind of semigloss, when i use it on tires I wipe the excess off with a rag/sponge and it doesn't make the tires all shiny the tires just look brand new. The cool thing about it is that it doesn't leave a greasy film like armor all, after the tires dry you can touch them and you won't get that black crap all over.
