I forgot to add i did call him about a half hour b4 my grandma did and he was saying something about another code that was on for him. i couldn't understand him. but when i told him what im getting off my reader, it's like as if he didn't want to talk about it. maybe im over analyzing this. i can't wait for all the shit from some on here telling me its illegal to record calls. i know, i know. i don't like seeing my grandma get took either.

PLEASE don't take this the wrong way:

TAKE IT TO THE DEALER AND ASK THEM IF THEY CAN DIAGNOSE IT. BUT ASK THEM IF IT WILL BE UNDER WARRANTY FIRST AND FOREMOST.

That is the best thing to do. period end of story... guy is obviously not a very 'skilled' mechanic or conveyor of his intentions/ideas. if he doesn't want to talk about the problems directly then walk away.

take this the wrong way? ABSOLUTELY NOT! this is exactly the type of thing im looking for. its very much appreciated too. i really hope no one thinks im trying to waste anyone's time on this forum.
