She told me I had a couple of older sisters. I started searching for my dad about 15 years ago, but 3 years into the search I found he has already passed away. However, today I found BOTH sisters on MySpace and Facebook and I had looked SEVERAL times over the last few years. I had been spelling the one sister's name wrong and the other goes by a shortened version.

To make a long story short, my "new" sister, JoAnne and I talked for several hours through Facebook today. It turns out they both live within and hour of me. We all have daughters (each of us as a 12 year old!!) and they look A LOT alike. JoAnne is one year older than me and Tricia is 3 years older than her. We got along GREAT and they were MORE than welcoming even though they new NOTHING about me.

Interesting day!
