Toyota parts for Power lock conversion?

With the 09's it seems that everything is pre-wired.

Here's what I believe is required:

Lock Assembly, Front Door W/Motor, RH: 69030-52470
Lock Assembly, Front Door W/Motor, LH: 69040-47060

If your's is a 5 door:
Lock Assembly, Rear Door W/Motor, RH: 69050-52190
Lock Assembly, Rear Door W/Motor, LH: 69060-52200

Actuator Assembly, Back Door Lock: 69150-52070
Mounting Bolts: 91511-B0614 (2 required)

Switch Assy, Door Control: 84930-52050 (Center console switch)

you also need the power lock control module...
for the LB, i believe it is located behind the cluster, could you find out the part number?

That's just if you want keyless entry as well, as the ECM controls the power locks itself:
