Well lets see.....

wedge engineering 200-300 bucks 20 min install
Bride 200-300 bucks 20 min install
Homemade stuff? 18 bucks 30 min install. I don't see me spending anymore than another 30 min plus about another 15 bucks to perfect them.

Whos gonna look under the seat anyway?! They'll look through the windows and be like damn that's a nice seat lol

It's just for looks NOW. I'll eventually make it safer later and honestly, I've seen the brackets they make for the seats. They LOOK better with better finish and all but they are actually just the same thing. A big piece of steel and bent to put the seats into where they need to be. It's the same thickness and everything. That's how I got the idea to go with a L bracket lol

i did an oil change last week,

figured out that if i didn't put any oil back in, it saved me over $16! i mean, who looks in the engine? they'll just see my car and say WOW!

so it saved me time, i only had to drain the oil that was IN the car out, and replace the plug.

yeah, i know it's not safe, but for now i'm sure it'll be just fine.

thoughts?

Wow...

I guess if you're not racing you don't need crash protection.
