The same thing just happened to me recently - biker turned into my lane without looking and smashed into the side of my car. Damage was pretty bad but my insurance was kind enough to cover it all.

The mofo can claim that id3379 was to far out into his path of traffic. I suggest gathering evidence that Mr. mofo was not in his lane.

are our cars plastic? evrytime it seems a yaris gets rubbed up against it looks like its plastic
