If you are in a residential area and are thinking of putting up a car shelter you may want to run it by your zoning commision first as a lot of places dont allow them.

And if he is your neighbor, then not only does his property value go down, but so does yours. The new buyer (if you were to sell) would be turned away if they saw that house on your street. So in short, its better to be safe than sorry. Who knows, you might even find a loophole. |
