I'll buy the cheaper 180mm wide part then.

What about the height?

I want to install a Kenwood DNX5220BT double DIN headunit.
This headunit is 182mm wide and 112mm high; will this fit into my yaris when I use the PZ489-B0330-00 panel?

The height of the opening is the same from both trims (and both are correct for double DIN).

Those measurements include the removable trim ring. You would either have to remove the trim ring or push the unit back a bit in the mounting brackets (which requires grinding down 6 bumps on the brackets).

Am I correct saying PZ489-B0330-00 will not fit the sedan (hazard button in the middle)?

Correct. There is not an OEM equivalent 180mm trim piece for the sedan.
