The dealership is not very helpful most of the time.
Example: What's the part number for the OEM fog lights? Answer: They don't have a part number listed. Now I know it does exist it's just for some reason they don't want to look under the S version. I'm sure it would be an exact fit on a Yaris Sedan. If I have a VIN I have a Toyota tech that will then be able to pull up every part number for that car. It make more sense to me to have all the part numbers and just call for pricing rather then have to call and ask for help on every little item I would like to buy or get info on. Not to mention most of the time the people in the parts department can't find what you are looking for without a part number. |
