yes, but you need to put on 08 headlight & 08 taillight in order to fit the kit perfectly.

Will they fit at all with the 09 tail lights? I understand that it might look a little weird, but I'm wondering if I can use my 09 tails for a while until I can afford 06-08 tails. If I can use the 09 tails, I'm definitely interested. Also, how is the fitment of the side skirts with the 3 door?

sure you can, I'm using the 08 JDM RS tail light on my 09
