i like the idea .. i'd have to do it with some dimmer LED so that it doesnt blast me in the face when I am driving :) probably face them away from the cabin so the glow refects out :)

i might give that a whirl. i did the floor with green LED already

it's not as bad as you think. The LED's are on the left side of the vent, and back behind the "louvers". I was taking the pics with the camera in the passenger side with the vents up and the camera pointing right at the LED's.
Normal driving, they are just an ambient glow......With other colors (blue) that may be a different story.
