Well I took them off to do it (put both sides on jack stands so i could jack up the suspension with my jack to lessen the sheer on the bolts and get them out easier) but someone else on here said they didn't have to take the wheels off...

I'll be raising the car w/ jack stand for sure, if i can squeeze my ratchet in between the wheels and the (2) bolts, I'll be good. Yeah, I just skimmed through the pages, but thats good to know someone did it w/o removing wheels.
