for the record, the best "something" of the month ive ever seen is on SVrider.com
for 1 week everyone gets a chance to nominate their one favorite- but not themselves. no limit to nominations week 2 voting begins and goes for 1 week the winner cant win more than once a year. those nominated who dont win are allowed to be nominated every month technically. when the system is run correctly, no one has a problem with it at all |
