General rule of thumb is give it a few weeks I guess to completely settle in. I noticed after going over some rough patches of cement and big bumps, that seemed to help as well haha. But really, it'll feel better when it all settles in. And yes a rear sway bar will awaken your car a great deal, just wait and see. Don't wait too long though, longer you wait the longer your missing out.
