Lowering Springs vs Coil overs

Maybe its the lowering springs for me then. Or I could just get the coilovers, leave them at one height and keep them just to say I have coilovers.

the point of coilovers is a corner balance (sometimes called corner weighting)

all other reasons are "just to say"

So coilovers + rear sway bar would improve the handling of my Yaris by a large margin?
