Remove the sound system...all the wiring, the HU, and all of the speakers. For LB's, remove the rear window wiper and all of the things associated with it, wiring, motor, fluid reservoir, etc.

I'm too lazy to pick up my stock head unit again and feel what it weighs, but I'm guessing with everything you're not even saving 10 lbs. If you're willing to sacrifice tunes for 1/100th of a second on the 1/4 you bought the wrong car. Get a nice system, and have a quick release for the amp and sub(the only heavy things involved in most systems).
