Not sure about the F350 specifically, but it's a pretty quick job to disconnect the drive shaft from the rear differential on a rear wheel drive. A couple of bungee cords to hold the shaft up and you're ready to roll. Just don't loose the bolts or you might have a bad day once you get where you are going.
