I would say he was going a lot slower than 55. I got hit in my sedan in the rear at about 20mph last tuesday and the damage estamate is around 1600 bucks. The other guys insurance company, Geigo, is saying it was my fault and wont pay. I was sitting and waiting for a stop light and the 17 yr. rear ended me. Death to the lizard. Hope the wife is ok and no long term affects.

how the hell is that your fault? "You should have noticed him coming up behind you and ran the light huur huur."
