Before someone comes in here with a flamethrower I will say nicely that you really need to do a search before posting a question that has been asked hundreds of times already.
That said, the bottom line is, not much from any intake. 2-4 whp max, average, no matter what any vendor or ad says. Generally speaking a Cold Air Intake will give you a bigger gain mid-top end and a Short Ram will give you better throttle response and more on the low-midrange. After that it's all how much money you want to spend. Most name-brand intakes will have a good fit and come with all the right installation parts. A no-name off e-bay is a risk, so caveat emptor. |
