not necessarily for thebarber, but more for everybody... You might want to leave your DRL module plugged, and cut the biggest blue wire from the harness.

What i did was open up the module and cut the lead to the wire.


A bit of mod is needed for having the fogs as DRL.

That's correct - You can either leave the module in and cut the blue wire (capping off both sides) or you can pull the module and jump the orange (beige on 09+) wire to the white wire with the black stripe. Both methods make the DRLs stay off and allow the OEM fogs to work.
