an 8000k is what you're looking for, 6000k would barely have any real blue cast at all.

Lots o' luck seeing anything in the rain /fog etc with holgen bulbs with that high a temp.

To Yoda..... The brigh "blue" headlights you see on the highway are HID.
They over come the lack of visability by a big increase in candle power.

i would do the whole hid conversion but i am not good with wires.

Yoda, I'm a total idiot at anything wire related...and i installed Garm's HIDs myself...easy.

It is all plug and play, no soldering or anything. If you have sandpaper and a screwdriver, and a socket wrench...you are golden to do this install.
