i have a hard time believing there was a bad batch of oem batteries, or that the batteries just suck. It comes down to your listening/driving habbits... My bat is going on 2.5years old, and i've had an amplifier in my car for over a year, granted it's not a big one, but it's still much more of a drain on the system than the car was designed for.
Living in warmer climates doesn't help either, so the closer you are to the equator, the more careful you have to be due to higher temps allowing bats to discharge much quicker. There has never been a cheap way to get optima batteries (that were brand new). |
