Im pretty sure it has a fuse, im also running threw relays or somthing. but it has been hook straight up to the battery for about 5months. I was just wondering if hooking it up to the thick black wire would be the same as hooking it up to the terminal. I just dont want so many wires near my battery. I thought it would look more clean. but I dont want to blow anyhting up. LOL
