Is it only when you press the A/C button or when you turn the fan speed up for any blower position? Does it happen in recirculate or open or both? How about parked vs local vs hwy?

It seems to be apparent only on speeds 3 and 4 which leads me to believe it is in fact something stuck in there. Airflow setting and where I'm driving don't seem to have much of an effect.
