toyota can't really do anything to get you the key chain, its up to the dealers.

honestly I think they could if they wanted, my low rating of Toyota and the dealer is more then not getting the key chain( you did see the 8 other problems didn't you ). Remember I have given my Yaris a 10, it's Toyota and the dealer that get low marks.
