Upgrading a LOUDER horn for Yaris

I'm having my dealer look if they have any spare horns laying around they can toss my way. The only problem is that to get to the horn on a Yaris, you have to take the bumper off... Or at least that's what it looks like from first glance. Correct me if I'm off base.

Yeah, see... driving around in even suburban Toronto where there are pedestrians almost everywhere, a horn that loud would just have me be the target of death stares. Lower frequency sound would be more effective, I'd think.
