It wont be lowered,i just wanna be sure to not have ANY rub,and was thinking about 55 profile to keep the speedometer as accurate as possible,since factory wheels where 185/60/15

With a 15 inch wheel a 205/55 would be spot on. However you'll need to stick with the 205/50 with a 16 inch wheel. The difference in rolling diameter between the stock 185/60/15 and a 205/50/16 is negligible.
