yes same here but whats in the tank in the ground is more of a concern to me as old gas stations means old tanks and the chances of bad fuel i.e. water leakage or other substances.

Most "old" gas stations around here had to shut down a few years ago because the gov't came out with new tank standards. The old stations couldn't afford the new tanks so they shut down or built a brand new station.
