If you actually look carefully, there's 2 bulbs in there. One for low beam, and below for high beam.

If you feel buying Ebay stuff is worth the effort for additional glare to oncoming cars, then by all means go for it.

The glare is created by the headlight housing not the bulb. If the housing is an HID housing then any HID should have the same pattern.

Eh... doubt you'll find any on Ebay, you'll more than likely have to find an importer that can buy them direct.
