should go to 3rd gear long before the BLUE LIGHT goes out indicating operating temperature and then to overdrive . Seems like it takes a few more seconds to get the overdrive after the BLUE LIGHT disappears . Our '08 automatic sedan remains in second gear for first few moments of cold starts .
