They have the voltage stabilizers on eBay that wire from the + to - on the battery, so this is probably the same thing but in a cigarette lighter plug. I'd lean toward the stabilizer and a ground kit over this thing...
You should buy it an dissect it for YW!

haha i'm not sure if i'd want to waste like 60 bucks..or however much it is..i'm on a budget :(
