sorry just been busy and haven't had a chance to take pics of it installed. I thought maybe i'd post them at the same time with a short review after i've played with it some more -- i just need another week or two.

I do like the unit so far. I did a quick demo of the head unit for weeyari during our local meet, and I think he might have even liked it too

Did it come with a harness? I suppose that the seller on ebay would send one as these are sold as "OEM" head units, right?

Yes, it came with all the wiring harness specific to toyota OEM plugs/connectors. It also came with a remote control, an iPod aux cable, external USB cable, and the external GPS antenna.

The HU install was plug 'n play an took me about 15-20 minutes. It was a perfect fit (200mm W x 100mm H opening) on my dash.

Here are some pictures I took this evening (more to come later on):

*note: Either I bought the worst quality LCD screen protector, or I did a crappy job applying it onto the screen -- not happy with result.

I'm anxious for the pics. I've been hearing pretty good things from such a cheap HU. My initial concerns over long-term reliability so far seem to be unfounded, again, from what I'm hearing.

I'm guessing it won't mount without the proper radio trim in an UK Yaris as ours have a full trip computer like this one: http://pictures2.autotrader.co.uk/im...?id=1257798140

Yeah, there’s just too many bells and whistles I need to touch on but in the meantime I’d be happy to answer any questions I've not covered yet.

I thought it had a separate sub line out but it doesn't. please see diagram below for the complete wiring hookup.

It has a decent sound and friends are pretty impressed once they hear it. Just an FYI though, i did upgrade my FR speakers to Kenwoods and the rear channels to Pioneers and I am running a 10" Bazooka tube with built-in 100watt amp ($40 craigslist special

) and the whole system sounds great with good bass pumping. Movies sound is also great while it supports many formats such as dvd, divx, dvd, xvid playback from a USB stick, SDHC card, and DVD media.
